Vaccinations and Medical Requirements
Thank you for contacting us.
We will be in touch shortly to confirm your interview time. We look forward to meeting you and your mutt!
Please continue to Step 3.
To ensure everyone's safety, all pooches must provide proof of vaccinations from their vet. You can either bring the vaccination records when you come in for your interview or have your vet fax (718.858.3663) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) them to us ahead of time. If you are having your vet send them, please call or email to confirm that we have received them before the interview.
PUPPIES (under 6 months):
1.) At least 2 rounds of "Puppy Shots" (DA2PP)
2.) Bordetella Vaccination (Kennel Cough)
(Please confirm with your vet that your he/she feels those vaccinations are sufficient to start Daycare or Overnight Boarding).
ADOLESCENT DOGS (6 months-1 year old):
1.) Complete Compliment of DA2PP (usually a series of 3 shots)
3.) Bordetella (in the last 6 months)
ADULT DOGS (over 1 year old):
1.) DA2PP (in the last 3 years)
2.) Rabies (in the last 3 years)
3.) Bordetella Vaccination (in the last 6 months)
To make sure that your pup doesn’t get all itchy, all dogs must also wear topical or oral flea protection (such as Frontline or Advantix) between March and November. No flea collars please.
To ensure that all the pups have the best experience possible we require that all dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
