Hannah,
I don’t think people are commended for
a job well done often enough these days. So, I just wanted to
send a note to say thank you. You and your staff at Monster
Mutt are doing a tremendous job. Other dog owners always comment
on how well-socialized Hanzo is, and I know it is in large part
due to his days spent at MM.
I’ve been told that he’s the friendliest Shiba in
the history of the breed, and that’s saying something.
Hanzo also let me know exactly how much he love MM by pulling
me to the door every time we are within a one block radius.
Plus, he always comes home tired and happy.
Please know that every treat given and every puddle of pee mopped
up by your staff is appreciated by dogs and their owners alike.
We’re very happy to have in, or at least close to, the

My
Mom calls Monster Mutt the second happiest place on earth
(after Disneyland) because I am so eager to get there I
pull her down the block. I get in my social time with the
other dogs, but I also get a nap when I need one -- and
I definitely like my naps. I've stayed here as long as eight
nights in a row and my mom says it's very reassuring to
know I'm in such good hands while she's on vacation.

Thank you for taking care of me when my family is away.
I've known you since I was 8 weeks old and you are always
amazingly compassionate and
loving to me. MM is my home away from home and I break
my parents arm when I'm dragging them up Warren St. to
get to your door. My parents are
comforted to know that I'm in warm and responsible hands
when I'm in your care.

Monster Mutt has played a vital role in my overall development
as a socially suave, maticulously groomed, and most of all
one of the coolest dogs in my neighborhood. I want to thank
Monster Mutt for not just being my friend, but I consider
them my family. I honestly don't know what it would be like
for them if they couldn't rub my belly on the regular. What
more can I say, we need each other. It's my home away from
home. :)

Dear Hannah,
Jenny and Monster Mutt Crew,
Donut has been
a customer of yours for over 18 months and I can’t
tell you enough how ecstatic we are with the facility and
the services that you can offer us and our best pal.
It’s never easy going away and leaving
Donut in the care of another person, especially when we
head back to Australia from time to time. However, in saying
that, I never have to worry about her when she is staying
with you guys, as I know she is having more fun with other
dogs, and having her DEMAND met and exceeded.
I also really appreciate, more than you
know of, how you take care of Donut’s SPECIAL needs,
having had a hard up bringing she is a little temperamental
and no one understands this like you guys do.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know of
how grateful we are that there is a place in Brooklyn that
we can trust not only to meet but to way exceed in our expectations
to look after our most prized possession, DONUT.

Thank

Elsie is doing very well in her new
adoptive home. She is apparently playing with foster and
permanent residents, rolling over for belly rubs and behaving
well with the 4 year old boy. Her new mom says that he’s
bragging to everyone that he’s got a new dog &
that she’s given him lots of kisses & “only
knocked him down once”.
I know that all of you at MM
helped Elsie immensely by making her time with doggies pleasant
and safe. Thanks so much for your help. Next time I stray
away from “old and small”, I’ll be looking
you up!

I love my Mommy and
Daddy, but while they are at work I get to play all day with
all my buddies at Monster Mutt. Hannah and Jenny are the best,
they givie me lots of snuggles and kisses!! Then when I get
home, I take a nice long nap becaues I am pooped from my fun-filled
day of playing with my friends (and sniffing their butts)! Monster
Mutt is the best!! |
